Skålleagues around the world unite to help Skål International Acapulco members affected by Hurricane Otis.

Skål International has launched a fundraising campaign to help the Skålleagues of Acapulco in the aftermath of the devastating Hurricane Otis, which has caused major damage to the area, leaving a trail of destruction and chaos in its wake.

Otis, a tropical storm that in 12 hours became a magnitude 5 hurricane (the highest in its category), reached its maximum strength between October 24 and 25. At that time, its core was located near the city of Acapulco. The consequences were unprecedented in terms of human and material damages.

In this context, many of the members of Skål International Acapulco have lost their businesses and personal property. In response to this catastrophe, Skålleagues from all over the world have come together to show their support and solidarity by making donations through an emergency aid fund for the people of Skål International Acapulco.

We greatly appreciate the commitment of all Skålleagues to our Acapulco family during this difficult time. Together, we will get through this situation better.
